Retail District Manager

• Manage the in-store experience and business performance for multiple stores, also known as Customer Experience Labs, in Southern California
• Lead a high-performing roster of Store Managers
• Partner with the Sr. Manager of Stores on retail strategy, growth, and district performance
• Lead, develop, and motivate Store Managers to drive performance and profitability while fostering melin’s culture and values
• Oversee profit, people, and processes across the district
• Partner with Human Resources, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to exceed targets
• Drive revenue, profitability, cost management, and KPI performance
• Review business and people results and create strategic improvement plans
• Mitigate store risks, protect assets, and address theft, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage
• Ensure correct product assortment, depth, and breadth across Customer Experience Labs
• Collaborate with Marketing on product releases aligned with the GTM Calendar
• Source, assess, select, integrate, onboard, develop, retain, and exit talent as appropriate
• Ensure accurate performance reviews, scheduling inputs, compliance, and escalation management
• Provide learning opportunities and nurture a sustainable talent pipeline
• Coach staff and managers on hosting, customer service, and product knowledge
• Lead client strategy to build customer relationships and acquire new customers
• Improve the Sales/Customer Experience approach and build knowledgeable, hospitable Customer Experience Labs

• Minimum of 3 Years of Multi
  - Unit Retail Management experience
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills
• Innate guest centric mindset
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience
• Creative and adaptable team player with a winning and positive attitude
• Must be able to travel regularly between assigned retail locations and remain mobile during store visits for extended periods
• BA or BS preferred
