Store Support Specialist

• Serve as the brand champion and expert, ensuring brand integrity
• Plan, implement, and accomplish Retail Store Monthly promotions across the assigned region
• Represent the company at trade shows and conventions
• Support Store Marketing, Retail Services, Store PCMs, site GMs, and DMs
• Provide operational management staff with support, training, and development
• Ensure company policies, procedures, programs, and pricing are properly implemented
• Improve store efficiency, culture, and working environment
• Provide feedback to Category Management on programs
• Suggest store-flow improvements based on guest flow and experience
• Work with Space Planning and DMs to reflow stores
• Apply category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive product and marketing innovation
• Monitor Team Member turnover and develop retention strategies with Store Management
• Monitor and ensure training is on target
• Maintain contact with store managers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and site visits
• Support new store system installations and programs
• Help management achieve EBITDA, sales, margin, and shrink targets
• Monitor store inventory levels
• Assist the Loss Prevention Group as needed
• Perform other duties supporting division and company objectives

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Five plus years of experience in retail/marketing
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent planning and execution skills
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lead people through clear vision, training, development, and positive recognition
• Proficient in planning and analytical skills, including P&L, coverage ratio, budget, and expense reports
• Current knowledge of industry guidelines and competitor benchmarking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder and stand/walk up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to operate computer equipment efficiently
• Ability to work within and outside standard business hours
• Frequent car travel, overnight stays, and air travel required
• Extensive travel required, around 80% of work schedule
• Up to 75% travel should be expected
• Must be located in Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon, Utah, Washington, California, or Montana

Demonstrates expertise in retail marketing and operational management, with a strong focus on brand integrity, team development, and strategic planning. Proficient in analyzing P&L and implementing effective promotional strategies to drive sales and improve store efficiency.
