Lead deli operations, including cooking, frying, and recipe preparation while maintaining quality and efficiency. Train, mentor, and support Deli Attendants and Assistant Managers. Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate money handling. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready deli area. Keep shelves, coolers, and supplies fully stocked and organized. Foster teamwork, professionalism, and positive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
