Sales Representative – Lead

• Conduct and maintain store calls according to the assigned plan
• Schedule, conduct, and manage section, category, and total-store resets
• Introduce new items, ensure tags are in place, and maintain shelf integrity according to the Plan-O-Gram
• Ensure promotional signage is displayed
• Conduct selling promotions, events, and client-specific product opportunities
• Coordinate orders, point-of-sale materials, and promotional support
• Perform NARS-related duties, including introducing new items, closing voids, addressing client-specific needs, taking photos, conducting resets, and meeting call frequency
• Place, hang, erect, sell, build, maintain, and remove point-of-purchase materials and programmed displays
• Provide recommended promotional forecasts and conduct in-store demonstrations
• Ensure shelf stocking by independent contractors and resolve out-of-stock causes
• Coordinate distributor issues and manage distributor inventories and markdowns
• Direct the work activities of other Sales Representatives and Merchandisers when assigned
• Ensure work hours are entered into the time and attendance system and approve them timely
• Collaborate with commissary management to support marketing, promotion, and product sales
• Maintain required store visits and coordinate CAO issues with store operations
• Staff and maintain vendor stockers for temporary assistance
• Handle client-card financial obligations and verify/submit vendor stocker hours
• Pay client expenses incurred for displays and demonstrations
• Process and pay vendor credit memorandums
• Review, process, and pay salvage claims
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1–3 years of retail sales and/or training experience
• Able to comfortably interact with the public
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Very familiar with Excel and Word
• Ability to present to the public
• Valid driver’s license
• Additional travel possible outside of your territory
• Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify

Demonstrates strong retail sales experience with a focus on merchandising, promotional activities, and client engagement. Proficient in managing store resets, coordinating promotional materials, and ensuring compliance with Plan-O-Gram standards.
