We are a growing company and consistently booking demos. As the founder, I would never ask anyone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. We are looking for a salesperson who can drive outbound calls into booked demos. We’ll start there — currently, if I sit for 3 hours and call, I can book 2–4 demos depending on the week and time.
We have a repeatable way of booking calls and are looking for someone who can 2x the meetings on our calendar.
We will take care of everything you might need, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a much higher position as the company grows fast. We want someone who enjoys outbound work (like me, the founder) and also wants to have a good time. We are two founders with office space in SF that includes a dedicated call booth for outbound callers, so you can be in a room focused and productive.
Also, we are thinking of having a cold plunge in the office if the lease allows it. Again, a reminder — we’ll only do things that I, as the founder, would do together with the team.
