Aboutthe Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the U.S. market for customized automation equipment in the 3C industry. In this role, you will drive end-to-end sales activities—from identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships with leading tech companies in the Bay Area to managing the full sales cycle and ensuring successful project delivery.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, providing insights on industry trends, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, influence product strategy, and contribute to the growth of our overseas business.

Responsibilities- Drive sales and delivery of the company's customized automation equipment for the 3C industry in the U.S. market.
- Develop sales plans and achieve individual and team targets.
- Expand market presence by developing strategic relationships with leading tech companies in the Bay Area, and their supply chain partners.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle: customer acquisition, needs analysis, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and project execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities; provide actionable insights for product development, upgrades, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales service, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support the Head of Overseas Sales in internal sales management, process optimization, and team performance improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in English for business communication.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in large enterprises or equipment-related companies; strong track record in business development.
- Experience working with major Bay Area tech companies and their supply chains is highly preferred; familiarity with internal processes and decision-making structures is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills; enjoys customer interaction and collaboration.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (approx. 50%).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Proven negotiation skills, market insight, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills; strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems independently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with sales management systems; team leadership experience is a plus.
- Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization (e.g., H-1B, L-1, Green Card) or are eligible for quick visa processing are preferred.
