Position: Sales Consultant - Bayou Ford

Job Description

In this role, you will be the link between a potential buyer and their future vehicle. You willhelp guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an outstanding in-store experience. You will need strong communication and listening skills in order to help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and have proven closing skills in order to complete the transaction.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Proactively build out prospecting network
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Report to your Sales Manager regarding personal objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Requirements
