Instagram Appointment Setter - Dutch Speaking

Our online fitness coaching business, based in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated and proactive Instagram Appointment Setter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with potential clients on Instagram and has excellent communication skills. • Manage direct messages (DMs) on Instagram to engage with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments based on predefined criteria.
• Ensure all communications are aligned with our brand voice and values.
• Maintain and update a database of scheduled calls and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals for appointment-setting and call bookings.

• Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or lead generation, preferably via social media (Instagram).
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone in Dutch.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Instagram's platform and its various tools (DMs, Stories, and Reels) is
• Previous experience with CRMs or lead management systems is a plus.
