What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to present communication packages to potential business customers
  • Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer’s services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and encouraging customer commitment
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in telecommunications
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets
