About the role – We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative to promote and sell multiple premium craft beverage brands in the vibrant Orange County market. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving sales growth for a portfolio of innovative craft beers and beverages. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply enthusiastic about the craft beer industry.

Key

Deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors in Orange County.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence for our craft beverage brands.
  • Conduct product tastings, presentations, and promotions to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to align marketing strategies and promotions.
Highly Encouraged
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage, alcohol, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and the broader craft beverage community.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 contractor (handling your own taxes and benefits).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel within Orange County.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Availability for evening and weekend events as needed.
