As a technical sales representative in the field, you will be responsible for developing and supporting customers across the Netherlands. You will combine technical expertise with commercial insight
, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers.

• Managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Identifying and acquiring new customers across the Netherlands
• Conducting customer visits and technical consultations
• Selecting and specifying pump solutions
• Reviewing technical specifications (data, motors, standards, etc.)
• Preparing quotations and following up on offers
• Providing technical advice and application support
• Handling after-sales activities and service requests
• Researching new market opportunities
• Representing the company at trade fairs
• Close cooperation and reporting to the European headquarters in Germany

• Completed technical education (technician or equivalent)
• Initial experience in technical sales or sales of complex, explanation-heavy products
• Confidence in dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, professional approach
• Ability to work independently, structured and goal-oriented
• Commercial mindset with a strong service orientation
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
