Area Sales Manager – Electrical Products

This role will be responsible for selling a wide range of high-quality electrical products. The position will sell directly into electrical wholesalers such as Edmundson, Rexel, Newey & Eyre and CEF, while also creating demand with contractors. The role involves building strong relationships at branch level, delivering product training, managing point of sale activity and communicating promotions and incentives.

Our client is a long established UK manufacturer with experience supplying a wide range of electrical products. The business is a recognised market leader within cable management, supplying into commercial, healthcare, education and industrial new-build and refurbishment markets. The company competes with leading brands within the sector.

Candidates must have a background in electrical products. Applicants with strong on the road experience gained within a relevant electrical wholesaler may also be considered. A proven sales track record, strong market knowledge and existing relationships within the electrical wholesale sector are essential. The successful candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable of managing and developing key accounts across the region.
