McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Cuba MO area. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and a leader in residential new home construction. New Sales Consultants receive roughly two months of paid training working with seasoned team members to learn about McBride operations and our detailed sales processes and procedures. They graduate as confident and ready to serve their community.

Post training, Sales Consultants earn a 1.5% commission on the base sale price of each home. For example a $300,000 sale yields $4,500 in commission.

McBride provides home buyers a unique experience, including an award winning Design Studio where clients work with a Design Consultant to choose finishes that turn their house into a dream home.

Requirements
  • McBride Sales Consultants will work one weekend day per week and one late evening every week on a rotating schedule (Saturday or Sunday off). This gives consultants a 3‑day weekend every other week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday).
  • Experience selling and promoting the company's brand and value in a complex, conceptual environment.
  • Experience using a consultative sales approach.
  • High‑energy sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to sales success.
  • Exceptional follow‑up and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be technology savvy.
  • Valid driver license with a satisfactory driving record.

A real estate license is not required.
