This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Shreveport-Bossier City area for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, creating and delivering effective sales presentations, and managing a portfolio of existing and prospective accounts. Daily tasks include identifying opportunities for new business, maintaining client satisfaction, meeting sales goals, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to offer comprehensive advertising and marketing solutions.

They will also provide expertise on digital strategies and ensure campaigns meet and exceed client expectations.

• Experience in sales, including account management, relationship building, and generating new business opportunities
• Strong skills in digital marketing and advertising solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored solutions
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the media and broadcasting industry is a plus
