Security Sales Manager

Our client is a reputable, fully compliant security services provider operating within the guarding sector. They are known for delivering professional security solutions across corporate, industrial, retail, and commercial environments.

They are currently seeking a results-driven Security Sales Manager to drive new business growth within the guarding division.

This role is suited to a strong new business developer (hunter profile) with proven experience in security guarding sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing new guarding contracts, and growing revenue while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Drive new business development within the security guarding sector
• Identify, target, and secure new corporate and commercial clients
• Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations
• Prepare and present professional guarding proposals
• Negotiate and close long-term contracts
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and industry standards
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Proven track record in security guarding sales
• Strong understanding of PSIRA regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business
• Experience compiling costing models and competitive proposals
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

• R30,000 – R35,000 Gross (based on experience)
