- Schedule and conduct group seminars for potential and existing participants
- 3–5 years of experience in retirement planning, retirement solutions, or sales/relationship roles
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or (7/66) licenses and resident life insurance license
- Strong understanding of public sector business and defined contribution retirement savings plans
- Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Undergraduate studies in a related field such as insurance, business, or marketing
- Experience in financial, sales, or educational services functions
- Knowledge of annuity and investment products
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in retirement planning
