What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support plan sponsors and participants through virtual one‑on‑one sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Drive enrollment, renewals, and rollover sales within the designated territory
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key contacts to grow plan assets
  • Deliver impactful education and retirement planning through meetings, webinars, and seminars
  • Schedule and conduct group seminars for potential and existing participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3–5 years of experience in retirement planning, retirement solutions, or sales/relationship roles
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or (7/66) licenses and resident life insurance license
  • Strong understanding of public sector business and defined contribution retirement savings plans
  • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Undergraduate studies in a related field such as insurance, business, or marketing
  • Experience in financial, sales, or educational services functions
  • Knowledge of annuity and investment products
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape in retirement planning
