We’re looking for a driven Sales Leader to accelerate growth across the Benelux region, with a strong focus on pump solutions and related technologies. This is not a passive account management role - this is about building territory strategy, unlocking CAPEX opportunities, and becoming the trusted advisor at site level.

- Own and grow a strategic Benelux territory with full commercial responsibility
- Drive profitable aftermarket sales (spare & wear parts) while actively developing CAPEX projects
- Build powerful, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites
- Identify investment opportunities and influence both OPEX and CAPEX decision cycles
- Lead structured account planning: strategy, budgeting, sales roadmap, and execution
- Act as the central connector between customer sites and cross-functional internal teams
- Maintain visibility of installed base, performance data, and shutdown schedules
- Champion customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Keep CRM and pipeline management sharp, accurate, and opportunity-focused
- Proven success in industrial B2B sales (pumps, rotating equipment, process industries or similar)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical discussions
- Experience managing both aftermarket and capital equipment sales cycles
- Strategic thinker who also loves execution and being in the field
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
- Comfortable with 50–70% travel across Benelux
- High visibility, high ownership territory
