JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a Sales role focusing primarily on end-users within agreed industries (eg., Industrial
In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new end-user customers and the support of
existing end-user customers in Netherlands & Belgium. Your focus will be to grow sales by
identifying new end-users within the agreed industries and cross-selling /up-selling within existing
end-users.
You will regularly prepare offers, analyse sales data to identify potential and market trends, and
develop a deep understanding of the JSP product range to find the right solutions for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with key end-user clients in the agreed Industries
- Identify new business opportunities for JSP within the agreed Industries
- Support customer projects and initiate new initiatives
- Cross-selling and upselling to existing end-user customers
- Working closely with distribution partners
- Strong focus on “Pull” sales strategy targeting end-users.
- You will implement suitable sales and marketing measures to achieve defined targets in the assigned sales area / region
- Market and competition monitoring and analysis, including analysis of vertical market trends and identification of growth opportunities
- Optimisation of sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication
- Achievement of defined sales and growth targets
- Support new product launches through targeted sales measures
- Efficient and clear reporting of sales activities, including opportunities and threats
- Support of the sales force with larger customer inquiries
- Management of tenders
- Participate and lead customer meetings (both on-site and at headquarters)
- Opening up new sales opportunities in vertical markets
- Other duties and responsibilities, as required by management in relation to your role and the objective to develop and grow sales in the Netherlands and Belgium region.
- Familiar with Push & Pull sales strategy:
This role requires the focus to be on the “Pull” sales strategy, targeting primarily end-users in collaboration with or independent from distributors. - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, both in person and on the phone and in other media
- Creative and solution-oriented problem solver
- Competent and confident in presentation techniques
- Strong commercial understanding and data analysis skills
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ERP and CRM systems
- Independent, reliable and professional in appearance
- Quick comprehension and high multitasking ability
- Team-oriented and open to change
- Industry knowledge in the PPE sector is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, Flemish and English Languages
- French speaking is a benefit yet not required to fulfill the role
