Company Profile

Our client specializes in the equipment leasing market and offers a range of financial solutions to their clients, including operating leases and equipment finance agreements for companies unable to secure traditional financing. The client has an established presence and is looking to expand its team with an Account Manager focused on selling within the C‑suite at $100M+ organizations.

Job Description

The Account Manager is an inside sales position focused on:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting – Cold call, email, and network to identify opportunities with end‑users in capital‑intensive industries (manufacturing, construction, healthcare), building your own book of business.
  • Qualify and develop equipment financing opportunities – Schedule appointments, collect financial packages, and work active deals ranging from $500K to $50M+.
  • Partner with leadership to close deals – Collaborate with the Sales Manager who will help close transactions during your ramp‑up period while you learn the nuances of equipment leasing and financing through hands‑on experience and weekly training.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven hunter mentality – preferably from SaaS/software, technology sales, or other industries with long sales cycles; equipment leasing experience not required.
  • Financial acumen and interest in finance – must enjoy working with numbers and be comfortable discussing multimillion‑dollar financing solutions with sophisticated clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
Location

This is an office‑based work environment where candidates will report daily to an Orange County, CA–based office.

Compensation

Job #5686

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Total Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000.
