Location: California

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annually along with a monthly sales incentive and an annual profit participation incentive plus a monthly car allowance. Final base compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and location.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to develop and grow sales revenue of the Sagemax product line, provide business consultation to dental laboratories and dealers, and implement Global and U.S. Sagemax strategy throughout the United States market. Plan, execute, and track Sagemax sales and marketing activities to broaden Sagemax product utilization amongst current and new business partners.

Position Responsibilities
  • Sell Sagemax product line while achieving sales and budgeted expense goals
  • Travel by air, personal vehicle, train, bus, or taxi throughout designated region, working within expense budget and travel/entertainment policy
  • Overnight travel expectations - 50% or greater
  • Be the first line in all efforts related to achieving Sagemax goals, objectives, and timelines that support growth of the Sagemax product line within laboratory and identified dealer accounts
  • Develop education and communication material with Marketing Department to provide information on new and current products
  • Provide training on Sagemax products to laboratories and dealers
  • Attend trade shows, collaborative events, and trainings
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to document activity, communication, and sales opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Meet Customer Value Management (CVM) KPI's, participate in co-travels with sales leadership, and be open to coaching and feedback
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the Sagemax product line
  • Work collaboratively with Ivoclar Technical Sales Team to generate multi-brand leads
  • Gather knowledge of competitors' activities and pricing strategies in order to be effective with sales accomplishments
  • Prepare expense and activity reports according to company policies
Your Qualifications
  • Education or experience in marketing, sales, or business administration required/helpful
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Five to seven years' dental sales experience preferred – knowledge of dental lab technology and workflows preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills required
  • Must be detail oriented and possess a high energy level and motivational skills
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain an American Express and other credit cards is required
  • Ability to travel overnight and for extended periods
