Overview

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives—Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs)—to partner with homeowners and deliver solution-driven foundation repair and water management services. CFIs conduct in‑home inspections, educate homeowners, and close sales to protect customers’ homes.

Responsibilities
  • Travel within the sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
  • Use warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
  • Diagnose and educate homeowners on their home issues and provide solution options.
  • Estimate repairs and present job proposals.
  • Close sales with customers in the home.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and track the sales lead pipeline.
  • Report to work on time each working day.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in commission‑driven, business‑to‑consumer or in‑home sales is a plus.
  • Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance, customer service and satisfaction.
  • Reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

Full‑time. Remote and onsite—reporting to and working from the branch location. Servicing area within assigned territory.
