• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products; this will be your main focus.
• Bring on staff to perform general administrative duties and improve your sales.
• Ensure you meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
• Maintain agency operations and financial responsibilities as a business owner.

• Motivated attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales environment.
• Sales experience or a degree with general business courses is helpful.
• No prior insurance experience required; majority of new agents start without such background.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
