The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for managing all finance and insurance activities for our customers. This includes assisting customers with financing options, preparing all related documents, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products. The F&I Manager ensures all transactions comply with legal standards and dealership policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Offer vehicle financing and insurance solutions, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership policies to customers.
- Coordinate with lenders to secure financing that complies with state and federal laws.
- Prepare all necessary legal documents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to provide competitive financing rates and programs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate smooth referrals and inform them about financing and lease programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet dealership needs.

- Minimum two years of experience in finance and insurance, preferably within the automotive industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong negotiation skills
