Responsibilities
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
  • Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Engage in team events according to team guidelines
  • Dedicate time to monthly one-on-one coaching, weekly training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers and successfully convert consultations into listings
