Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate for a full‑time hybrid role based in Northwest, MO. The position offers flexibility to work from any location within the US.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored supplemental benefits solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, building customized coverage plans, ensuring excellent service to existing clients, meeting individual sales goals, and participating in team‑oriented initiatives.
Qualifications- Proven skills in sales, client prospecting, and relationship building
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Time management, self‑motivation, and goal‑setting skills
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid role while collaborating with a team
- Prior sales experience or customer service background is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience—in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous
