We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. The role involves providing solutions to customers’ work apparel needs by offering laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding services.
You will apply skills learned during the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling and closing.
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Utilize the CRM to identify opportunities, contact prospects, close new business and consistently meet weekly sales goals and quotas.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new B2B sales experience.

Estimated total compensation ranges between $70,304 and $150,000 per year, including base salary plus commissions. This range may vary based on experience, performance and location.
