Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Job Summary
Community Marketing Agent. Works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador. Engages in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers, shares information about the vacation club experience, and invites guests to attend award‑winning presentations.
Responsibilities- Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
- Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
- Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
- Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
- Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.
- Education equivalent may be accepted in lieu of the diploma.
