Route Sales Representative

Are your customer service and driving skills top‑notch? Come join our team! We are looking for a customer‑oriented sales representative for the Marshfield, MO and surrounding area. • Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, starting at 6:00 am.
• Make collections and deposits daily, including cash, checks, ACH, or credit card setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory in your route book, tracking sales prices for stores.
• Install and set up displays and promotional materials.
• Set up, replenish, rotate, and merchandise our trendy, high‑quality products at local stores while operating a company vehicle on your assigned route.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping inventory stocked, displays clean, introducing new products, and rotating slow‑moving items.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive, personable attitude with customers and partners.
• Work independently while being part of a motivational and supportive team.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Cin7).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Be 25 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through a company‑approved vendor as required for travel or site visits.
• Exceptional friendly, can‑do attitude with great confidence.
• Go‑getter attitude and great organizational skills.

Compensation Range: $42,000 – $52,000+ to be discussed in the interview.
