Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Hybrid Office/Travel; single location.

We are rapidly expanding our team with our ever‑growing agency in the Springfield/Ozark, MO area. Over nine years of consecutive growth, including record‑breaking years from 2020 through 2023, we offer full training and mentorship for those with or without experience.

Our system is unique; this is an in‑person position meeting with business owners and key decision‑makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefits for their employees.

Independent Benefits Specialist/Contractor uses our proprietary lead‑management system to meet with business owners and key decision‑makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefits for their employees.

We work in a fast‑paced team environment, handle agency growth, and deliver unique programs valued in the communities we serve.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must obtain relevant insurance licenses

• Motivated and coachable
• Licensed insurance agents a plus – Life and Health insurance license
• Have leadership ability
• Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience with thorough knowledge of sales techniques
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical journals or governmental regulations
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Ability to create, design and implement solutions to general and customer‑specific problems
• Ability to self‑direct various assigned initiatives and work under limited supervision

• Work involves extended periods of driving resulting in exposure to high vehicle traffic and extended periods of sitting
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions of heat, cold and humidity
• Noise level is usually moderate but can become loud
