The Inside Sales Coordinator reporting to the North America Sales Manager supports revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, maintaining accurate CRM data, qualifying leads, following up on prospects and supporting the sales team with pipeline development.

The RoleThe role is focused on inside sales, CRM management, lead follow-up and outbound outreach. In the first year, the role will also provide limited marketing support, mainly by coordinating requests from dealers and field sales with HQ and supporting selected field marketing activities.
Over time, there are opportunities to grow either further into sales-focused roles or into field marketing and dealer marketing activities, depending on interest, performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, including leads, prospects, customers, activities and pipeline updates
- Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email and Linked In to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads, trade show leads and marketing-generated contacts
- Support pipeline tracking, lead nurturing and sales reporting
- Prepare and support sales proposals, presentations, quotations and follow-up materials
- Coordinate communication with prospects, customers, dealers and the field sales team
- Schedule meetings, demos or follow-up actions for the sales team
- Identify relevant target accounts and key contacts in core markets to support more structured outbound sales activity
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows and events, including lead preparation, customer engagement and follow-up
- Act as the first point of contact for marketing requests from dealers and field sales and coordinate these requests with HQ
- Support video shoots and photo shoots in the field when needed
- Ability to travel occasionally, supporting trade shows, marketing events within North America.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications or a related field preferred
- Experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, lead generation or CRM administration preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Hub Spot, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience with outbound calling, email follow-up or prospecting is a plus
- Experience or affinity with sports turf, golf course maintenance, turf maintenance or the broader grounds care industry is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable contacting prospects and customers by phone and email
- Organized, structured and accurate in CRM and follow-up work
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Persistent, professional and confident in outbound outreach
- Good understanding of the sales process and pipeline management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
- Basic understanding of marketing tools, email campaigns or social media is a plus
- Ability to understand customer needs in sports turf, golf, grounds care or related maintenance environments
- Able to coordinate requests between dealers, field sales and HQ in a clear and professional way
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
