We're a multi‑million dollar home improvement company with thousands of past customers — and we need phone pros to help us book free estimates for our sales team.
No cold calling. No selling. Just setting appointments.
Our calling material is warm — past customers, event follow‑ups, and internet inquiries from people who have already expressed interest. This is a great opportunity for someone who's money‑motivated and looking to grow with a company where team members stay for years.
We're looking for experience in:- Appointment setting
- Collections
- Timeshare or home improvement calls
- Or anyone who's just naturally great on the phone
- Pay: $18–$27/hour + commission + bonuses
- Full‑time & part‑time available
- AM & PM shifts
- Inbound & outbound
- Room for advancement
