About the Role

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide vehicle purchases in our no‑haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from initial contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to customer leads promptly via phone, internet, and in‑store interactions.
• Answer questions and provide accurate product information to customers.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and payment terms.
• Close sales while ensuring payment options align with customer budgets.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and facilitate service department referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and achieve targeted sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
• Strong communication, consulting, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
