Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager- Qualified

Role Overview

Technical Product Marketing Manager (Technical PMM) to own the demo experience and bring Piper to life for the world. This role blends product expertise, storytelling, and stage presence to showcase our AI‑powered SDR Agent, Piper, through polished demos, live events, and recorded videos.

• Own the demo environment: build, configure, and maintain Piper demo environments, including persona setup, Agent Studio configuration, conversation flows, marketing assets, and brand profiles.
• Keep demo orgs current with every release and iterate with each launch.
• Maintain deep alignment with Product and Solution Engineering to understand and showcase new innovations (e.g., Piper Presentation, Multimodal capabilities, Email Guides, Mission Control).
• Create demo assets for the field: record voiceovers, produce 1080p+ demo videos for internal enablement and external events.
• Present Piper demos at Salesforce World Tour and major events, including tier‑1 events and virtual innovation showcases, addressing audiences from executives to 80k+ streamed viewers.
• Support sales and SFDC field teams by enabling ongoing programs such as new AE onboarding, Marketing Cloud co‑sell sessions, and Salesforce sellers’ enablement.
• Collaborate with PMM, Product, and Field Marketing teams to ensure demos reflect our latest narrative and positioning.

• 7+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a technical customer‑facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining product demo environments.
• Deep curiosity about AI and marketing technology, with “geeking out” over how things work under the hood.
• Exceptional presentation skills that make complex products feel magical to any audience.
• Strong collaboration instincts and cross‑functional teamwork with Product, SE, and Marketing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience working closely with Salesforce ecosystem events (World Tour, Dream force, Connections) is a big plus.

• Base salary range: $143,400–$216,900 per year
