CRM System, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
This is a mix of sales, marketing, and business development role reporting directly to the CEO. The position is responsible for driving lead generation efforts, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth by actively engaging prospective customers and moving opportunities forward.
Unlike a traditional coordinator role, this person will act as the operational engine behind the company’s growth initiatives, owning both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up while helping build structure within the sales process.
What You’ll Own- Manage and prioritize all inbound and CEO-generated leads, ensuring timely and organized follow‑up
- Proactively source and research prospective customers through Linked In, databases, and industry tools
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to generate new business conversations
- Qualify leads, engage prospects, and help move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Own CRM management, including data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy
- Track activity, monitor pipeline progress, and generate reports on lead and sales performance
- Respond to inbound inquiries and represent the company professionally with prospective customers
- Coordinate meetings, customer visits, facility tours, and sales calls
- Support the CEO and leadership team with prospecting efforts and follow‑up communication
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, SDR/BDR, marketing coordination, or business development
- Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage external stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with executives and taking initiative
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: $50,000- $60,000 + Annual Bonus (open to higher salaries if it is the right background and experience)
