This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to build a strong career in tech sales. You will have a high level of trust and autonomy in managing lead generation and customer engagement, directly impacting the digital workflow of construction projects across the DACH region.

In this role, you will turn ambition into action:

  • Pipeline building:
    Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers, developing high-quality sales opportunities.
  • First contact:
    Represent our company and generate genuine interest in our solutions.
  • Understand needs:
    Analyze challenges and goals of your contacts to identify where we can provide real value.
  • Multi-channel outreach:
    Use phone, email, and social media to reach decision-makers effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales:
    Work closely with account executives to ensure optimal handover of opportunities.
  • Structure & transparency:
    Document all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and use data to continuously improve your performance.

You bring:

  • Communication skills:
    You can communicate clearly, persuasively, and at eye level with different stakeholders, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Drive & ownership:
    You are ambitious, goal-oriented, and take responsibility for your pipeline and success.
  • Learning mindset:
    You quickly acquire product knowledge and industry understanding, continuously developing yourself.
  • Structured approach:
    You keep track of your leads, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Resilience:
    You handle rejection confidently and remain motivated to achieve your goals.
  • Language skills:
    German at near-native or professional level, English skills are advantageous.

Additional points for:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Interest in architecture, engineering, or the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or a general technical affinity (tech-savvy mindset).
