Job Description:

Are you outgoing, compassionate, organized, and love making meaningful connections? We’re looking for an energetic Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to be the friendly face and trusted guide for our residents, families, and referral partners.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome new residents and families with warmth and compassion

Guide admissions from inquiry to move-in Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners

Promote our facility in the community through events and outreach

Coordinate tours and answer questions with confidence

Keep admissions paperwork organized and compliant

Work closely with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams

Help maintain high census and occupancy goals

What We’re Looking For:

Great personality and people skills

Strong communication and customer service experience

Organized and detail-oriented

Marketing, sales, healthcare, or admissions experience preferred

Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Passion for helping seniors and their families
