The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Career Changer Financial Advisor who is ready to build something with greater purpose, flexibility, and income potential. This role is ideal for professionals who have succeeded in sales, leadership, education, coaching, recruiting, hospitality, business ownership, or other people-centered environments and are ready for a new challenge.

You will receive structured training, mentorship, and support as you learn how to build a planning-focused practice, develop new client relationships, and help people make smart financial decisions.

What You'll Do:
Relationship Building & Business Development

Leverage your existing strengths to build trust and develop new client relationships

Network in the community and generate opportunities through referrals and outreach

Meet with clients to understand goals, needs, and priorities

Present planning-based strategies that support long-term financial well-being

Career Transition & Advisor Development

Participate in training around financial planning, client conversations, and business development

Learn how advisors build and manage a successful practice

Work closely with experienced professionals who will help shorten the learning curve

Develop confidence in discussing retirement, protection, investment, and planning topics

Client Impact

Help individuals and families think more clearly and confidently about their future

Provide exceptional service and follow-through

Build a career centered on trust, relationships, and meaningful outcomes
