** Position Summary
** The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the New and/or Used Vehicle Sales Department, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales and profitability goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff
* Monitor and evaluate salesperson performance and productivity
* Set and track monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and expense objectives
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
* Manage vehicle inventory, including ordering and merchandising
* Oversee and administer manufacturer programs and initiatives
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to drive performance
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
* Maintain compliance with company policies and professional standards
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance documentation## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** 5–7 years of automotive sales experience, with management experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience)
