Sales Director

We're on the hunt for a Sales Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can close high-value deals themselves while helping the broader team perform at its best. If you're energized by building pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving real revenue growth, this role was built for you.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to keep the sales engine running smoothly, shape the processes that scale it, and bring the kind of market intelligence that keeps us ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that ties directly to business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage your own pipeline with high‑value and complex deals.
  • Provide strategic direction on key opportunities and serve as a trusted resource on advanced sales tactics.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and high quality.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, forecasts, and metrics to continuously sharpen strategy.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to shorten cycles and improve conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement resources so the team always has what it needs to win.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to keep our approach competitive.
  • Surface insights and recommendations grounded in data and best practices.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 in a senior leadership or high‑impact individual contributor capacity.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high‑value B2B or SaaS deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — you know how to bring stakeholders along.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (we use Hub Spot), sales productivity tools, and performance tracking systems.
  • A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical instincts.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum in a fast‑moving environment.
