Job Description
We are a fast‑growing pest control company looking for Outside Sales Representatives to work door‑to‑door across the Midwest.
Work LocationOn the road throughout Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Iowa. Relocation required by the beginning of summer.
Job TypeFull‑time
Responsibilities- Attend training sessions daily.
- Knock on doors from 10:30 pm to 8:30 pm across several neighborhoods each day.
- Sell pest control services and yearly prevention packages.
- Maintain a safe and encouraging work environment.
- Be on your feet for 7+ hours a day.
- Work outdoors.
- Go door‑to‑door and interact with customers.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Salary range $25,000 – $250,000 per year, with uncapped commission.
- Weekly, monthly, and performance bonuses.
