** Sr Sales Operations Analyst

Our team is passionate about delivering meaningful clinical outcomes while building a high-performance, collaborative culture.
** The Role
** PROCEPT Bio Robotics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing commercial organization. This individual will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the sales team by delivering insights, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational processes.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth Med Tech environment while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, & Finance, and teams to expand access to innovative therapy for patients.
** What You’ll Do
**** Sales Compensation Support**- Assist in administering U.S. & Global sales compensation plans, including performance tracking and support of finance team & commission calculations.

- Partner effectively with sales leadership, finance, people team, & legal to ensure successful execution of incentive compensation plans
- Validate incentive compensation data and partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
