Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with Loop Net, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, build long-lasting, service-focused relationships, and advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy. Your success will be demonstrated by building a client portfolio through prospecting, studying industry trends, and delivering effective product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management - Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development - Prospect new clients using CoStar Group's property data, drive sales, and close new business.
  • Teamwork - Partner with colleagues across Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen - Develop subject-matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
  • Customer Focus - Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships and Prospect - Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel by car, possibly outside the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, or data & analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-experience-focused environment.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Positive Driving Record/Driving Abstract check before start.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Success building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
  • Analytical skills to build reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle by start date.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and within a team.
