Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–6 outside sales representatives across a multi-state territory
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including pricing strategy, competitive bids, quoting activity, and overall territory performance.
  • Analyze local and regional market conditions, including competitor activity, customer demand, and pricing trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Partner closely with production and operations leadership to align sales demand with manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, and product availability.
  • Ensure the team can meet customer expectations by maintaining strong coordination between sales and plant operations.
  • Drive performance across a $50M–$60M revenue territory, ensuring growth targets and profitability goals are achieved.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team, providing guidance on sales strategy, customer engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain strong internal communication and cross-functional collaboration to support overall business objectives.
