• Building estimates for custom signage projects
• Turning customer ideas into real, buildable plans
• Meeting with customers (in the shop and out in the field)
• Visiting job sites, taking measurements, solving problems
• Working alongside our designer and project team to bring concepts to life
• Jumping into customer service and sales conversations when needed

• Like staying busy and hate boring routines
• Are detail‑oriented but can also see the big picture
• Don’t mind getting out from behind a desk
• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Take pride in doing things right the first time
• Bonus points if you have experience in signage, construction, or manufacturing—but we can teach the right person.
