Essential Duties and Responsibilities Training (75%)
  • Present, demonstrate, and actively promote the full range of current and new products to dealers within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and impactful marketing presence in dealer showrooms by actively managing and maintaining grout samples, product displays, point‑of‑sale materials, brochures, and other marketing resources.
  • Educate distributor sales representatives on LATICRETE products and motivate them to actively promote the brand in their communications with dealers.
Analytics (10%)
  • Work with RSM and regional sales team to develop a target list of both dealers and contractors.
  • Partner with existing distribution to evaluate historical purchases of existing customers and identify areas of growth opportunity.
  • Submit quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE performance.
Liaison (15%)
  • Assist Technical Services on claim inspections and gather necessary information as needed.
  • Participate in ride‑along sales calls with pro channel distributor sales reps.
  • Leverage local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales team to assist as needed with closing key account targets.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of related work experience in sales or in the construction industry.
  • Ability to do presentations to large groups.
  • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • High level of self‑motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) highly preferred.
  • Team cooperation – maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
Specialized Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience working in the tile industry preferred.
Travel Requirement
  • 80%+, some of which may be on short notice.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds.
