The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Google Business Architect and become an integral part of our cutting‑edge Go‑To‑Market organization. As a certified expert in Google technologies, you will work closely with Kyndryl Consulting Partners and customer stakeholders to leverage deep technical and solution expertise, drive strategic opportunities, develop differentiated value propositions, and exceed customer expectations. Your role spans consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Delivery, collaborating with internal teams and Google alliance partners to design and articulate comprehensive, cross‑practice solutions that address complex enterprise challenges and drive profitable deals.
Responsibilities- Lead customer‑facing engagements to identify business and technical requirements, shaping tailored Google‑based solutions.
- Deliver high‑impact demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and prototypes that articulate the value of Kyndryl’s Google capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to co‑create joint solutions and drive go‑to‑market plays.
- Support pre‑sales activities including solution design, compliance verification, and proposal development.
- Align with Google sales and partner engagement structures to drive joint opportunities.
- Represent Kyndryl at Google events and forums, reinforcing credibility and strategic alignment.
- Deep domain knowledge across Google Cloud services (GCP, Gemini Enterprise, Data, Security, GDC, Vertex, AI).
- Proven experience translating Google capabilities into industry‑relevant customer propositions.
- Strong consultative selling background in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing go‑to‑market plays with Google solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence C‑level executives and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Google‑focused solution sales, consulting, or architecture roles.
- Customer‑focused mindset, growth orientation, and inclusive, borderless collaboration skills.
