Key Sales Associate

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is looking for a Key Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting merchandise, offering service plans, and working with the sales team to meet goals.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all customers and meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

• Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00 plus commission on sales.
