Account Manager, Marketplace

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Exchange buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses.
• Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success.
• Advise accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity.
• Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Exchange performance and usability.
• Support special programs, campaigns, or events designed to drive awareness and participation in PSA Exchange.

• Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
• 2–5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS).

$80,000–$100,000, with actual compensation varied by location, experience, and skill set.
