Responsibilities
- Act as an internal business consultant providing analysis of sales performance to identify gaps.
- Present findings and facilitate discussions, identify performance gaps, create solutions, and assist in implementing solutions to keep individuals and teams performing at top levels.

- Combine elements of sales strategy and cross‑functional orchestration, while introducing new concepts around solution enablement and innovation scaling.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
