Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 plus annual bonus opportunities, company vehicle, and additional benefits.

- Develop strategies to increase sales and profits within assigned territories across key, opportunity, new, and existing customer segments.
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research; follow up on qualified leads.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Plan and execute a minimum number of daily scheduled sales calls with defined objectives.
- Travel within the designated territory to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and handle post‑sale support and customer concerns.
- Coordinate sales efforts with corporate marketing initiatives and incentives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide accurate quotes and product data promptly.
- Maintain all customer records in the CRM and complete reports and call records timely.
- Stay current on competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends through research and analysis.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of professional B2B sales experience in a wholesale distribution environment.
- Proven record of successful sales and cold‑calling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
- Knowledge of industry products and distribution processes (pool equipment, plumbing, tile, decking, lighting, patio furniture, construction, chemicals, landscaping, HVAC supplies, or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft CRM or other CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Prelude) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record (no more than 2 violations in 3 years).
- Will travel regularly within a designated area; ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
